7.1

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Loadax, we may collect:

• Contact details: email address and phone/WhatsApp number, provided at sign-up, checkout, or tournament (scrim) registration
• Account details: name, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier and profile picture
• Order details: the game, product, quantity, and the player ID / server ID you supply for delivery, and the in-game account name our provider returns during ID verification
• Payment confirmation data from our payment processors. We do not receive or store full card numbers; where a card is used, we receive a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of it, not the number itself
• Tournament (scrim) registration details, including teammate names and player IDs, where you register a squad
• Basic technical and usage data: the page you visited, how you arrived (referring site or campaign tag), general device type, browser, operating system, screen width, and how long a page was actively viewed

7.2

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies anywhere on the platform
• We do not store your IP address in a form that can be read back. For rate-limiting abuse (like repeated login attempts), it's used only transiently, in memory, and is never written to any database. For one specific feature — stopping a guest from upvoting the same game/item request twice — we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, the same kind of one-way fingerprint described for card payments below. That hash can't be reversed back into an IP address, and it isn't used for anything else
• We do not store full card numbers, card PINs, or card expiry dates. These are handled entirely by our payment processors
• The technical identifier used to measure site usage is generated fresh in your browser and is automatically discarded when you close the tab. On its own, it does not identify you personally. If you go on to place an order in that browsing session, our order record for that purchase notes which session it came from — so for that specific visit, we can see the pages you viewed on the way to buying. We use this to understand things like which pages lead to orders, not to build an ongoing profile of your browsing

7.3

How we use your information

• To process, deliver, and provide support for your orders
• To verify a player ID belongs to a real, valid game account before delivery
• To communicate with you about order status, delays, or issues, including over WhatsApp where you provide a number
• To operate our rewards, referral, and tournament features
• To understand and improve the platform, pricing, and product offering using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns
• To meet legal, regulatory, and payment-processor compliance requirements

7.4

Information stored on your device

Some information is stored in your browser rather than on our servers, including your shopping cart, saved player IDs for convenience on future orders, your session login token, and any referral or invite code you arrived with. This can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7.5

Data sharing

We share information only with the third parties necessary to provide our service:

• Payment processors (Paystack, OPay) — to process payment
• Our digital goods provider — the player ID/server ID and product details needed to deliver your order
• Google — solely to verify sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Our transactional email provider — to send account and order-related emails

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.

7.6

Data retention

We retain order, account, and transaction information for as long as necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, honour warranty/refund obligations, and meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

7.7

Your choices

• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that your account and associated personal data be deleted, subject to any records we are required to retain by law or for unresolved orders/disputes
• You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time
• Guest checkout is available if you would prefer not to create an account
