How refunds work

Card, bank transfer, USSD, OPay or PalmPay refunds go back to the original method you paid with, through Paystack or OPay.

Or as Load Coins
Where applicable — for example, Load Coins spent on a scrim entry are refunded as Load Coins, automatically, the moment the entry is cancelled.

A few business days
Exactly how long depends on the payment provider and your bank — Load Coin refunds land instantly in your account.
