Terms of Service

Loadax Technologies ("Loadax", "we", "us") operates loadax.com.ng, a platform for purchasing in-game currency, passes, and related digital gaming products. By placing an order or using our platform, you ("the customer", "you") agree to the terms set out below.

What we sell

Loadax sells digital top-up products for supported games, including in-game currency (such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Diamonds, Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG Mobile UC, Call of Duty Mobile CP) and passes, bundles, or cosmetic skins offered within those games, delivered directly to the player ID or account you provide at checkout.

Orders and delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including the correct player ID, server/region, and product selection. Loadax is not liable for value delivered to an incorrect player ID supplied by the customer.
Where available, we validate your player ID before checkout and show the in-game account name returned, so you can confirm it is yours. Some games cannot be auto-checked; in that case we ask you to confirm the ID yourself before the order is placed.
Orders are typically delivered within minutes of successful payment. Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, including third-party provider or game server issues.
If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you and either complete delivery once possible or issue a refund if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Paystack and OPay. Loadax does not receive or store your full card details; these are handled directly by our payment processors.
Where a card is used, our payment processor provides us a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of the card (not the card number itself), which we may use internally to identify accounts using the same card. This is used only as an internal reference and is never used to automatically block, restrict, or penalise an account.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Refunds and cancellations

If an order cannot be fulfilled, for example due to an invalid player ID, unsupported region, or provider unavailability, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, or as Load Coins where applicable, and may take a few business days to reflect depending on the payment provider and your bank.
Once digital currency or a digital item has been successfully delivered to the specified player ID, the transaction is final and non-reversible, in line with the nature of digital goods.

Accounts, rewards, and referrals

Creating an account is optional; you may check out as a guest. An account lets you save player IDs, track order history, and take part in our Load Coins rewards programme and referral programme.
Load Coins are a store-credit reward with no cash value outside Loadax, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and may be used to discount a portion of an order in line with the limits shown at checkout.
Our referral programme rewards both the person who shares a code and the person who uses it, subject to the terms shown on the platform at the time, including that a referrer's reward is only credited once the referred account is verified and has placed a genuine paid order.

Customer conduct

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with Loadax staff and representatives. Loadax reserves the right to decline service to customers who engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Loadax after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
